In Need of Volunteers or Funding?
JLA provides volunteers and/or funding to agencies who address
Women's Concerns and Children's Issues.
Social service agencies 501(c)(3) may apply for funding for
long-term projects, short term community assistance and emergency
needs.
There are three funding avenues:
- Projects - These requests are for future funding
and volunteers. This request should be brought to the Research and
Development Committee.
- Co-Sponsorships - These requests provide funding
for meetings, forums, and conferences. They are granted out of
current funds.
- Community Assistance - These requests address needs
of an emergency nature. Funds that provide for an immediate need of
an agency.
